Lack of Hair Movement: Why Doesn’t My Hair Move Much

Stiff Hair and Hard Hair

Question: My hair is soooo stiff. I mean it hardly moves. Not in the wind or any other place. The most movement it gets is in the shower when I am washing it or about to dry it. How can I get it to move?

Answer: It’s funny you should say that your hair gets the most movement when your washing or out the shower about to dry it. Those are the times when your hair has the less product. The more product you have on your hair or scalp the more it gets difficult for your hair to move or have movement, especially if you have thin hair. Using a lot of product on your hair is cancels out what each product is suppose to do as well as weighs down the hair. We suggest just using a light leave in conditioner for your hair before you begin to dry your hair and a light oil every day or every other day to keep conditioning your hair.
