What foods Can Make My Hair Grow Healthier?
Healthy hair starts from the inside, and having a healthy diet is extremely important in hair care. Eatting chips and drinking sodas all day will not promote good healthy hair growth and may in fact hurt your hair cycle. Diets that are rich and proteins and greens, are typically the ones that grow luscious tresses. But don’t expect miracles. If you are born with thin fine hair, it will not magically become thick and full of natural volume, but with a healthy diet, you will have healthy thin fine hair that shines and grows.
Here are some foods to incorporate into your healthy hair diet.
